Terms and conditions

1. Applicability
1.1 These general terms and conditions shall apply to all offers, orders and agreements between the customer and [Name of webshop], based at [Address], hereinafter referred to as ‘the webshop’.

2. Orders
2.1 By placing an order through the webshop, the customer agrees to these general terms and conditions.
2.2 The webshop reserves the right to refuse orders or to request additional information.

3. Prices

3.2 Shipping costs are stated separately during the ordering process.
3.3 The webshop reserves the right to change prices, but these changes will not affect orders already placed.

4. Payment
4.1 Payment must be made via the payment methods offered during the ordering process.
4.2 Orders will not be shipped until full payment has been received.

5. Delivery
5.1 The webshop aims to deliver orders as soon as possible after receipt of payment.
5.2 Delivery times are indicative and cannot be guaranteed.
5.3 The customer is responsible for providing the correct delivery address. Any additional costs due to incorrect address information shall be borne by the customer.

6. Returns and exchanges
6.1 The customer has the right to cancel the purchase agreement within 14 days of receiving the order without giving reasons.
6.2 Spectacles can only be returned if they are unused and in the original packaging, including labels and accessories.
6.3 The costs for return shipment are to be borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed or in case of defective products.

7. Warranty
7.1 Glasses are covered by a warranty period of [number of months/years]. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and damage not caused by the customer.
7.2 The warranty lapses if the customer has made changes to the glasses himself or has used them incorrectly.

8. Privacy

9. Liability
9.1 The webshop shall not be liable for indirect damage, consequential damage or loss of profit.
9.2 The webshop’s total liability shall be limited to the amount of the order.

10. Disputes
10.1 Dutch law shall apply exclusively to these general terms and conditions and all agreements between the customer and the webshop.
10.2 Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in [Place name], unless the customer chooses another court within one month.

11. Final provision
11.1 If any provision of these general terms and conditions is null and void or annulled, the other provisions of these general terms and conditions shall remain in force.
