1. Returning
1.1 The customer has the right to cancel the sales contract within 14 days of receiving the order without giving reasons.
1.2 To exercise the right to return, the customer must contact the webshop via [contact details] within the stipulated period and complete the return form available on the website.
1.3 Returns must be sent to the return address stated on the return form.
2. Conditions for returns
2.1 Glasses can only be returned if they are unused and in their original packaging, including labels and accessories.
2.2 If the glasses are returned damaged, used, or incomplete, the webshop reserves the right to refuse the return or apply a reduction in value.
2.3 The costs for return shipment shall be borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed or in case of defective products.
3. Refund
3.1 Upon receipt and verification of the return shipment, the webshop will refund the purchase amount including any standard shipping costs (if applicable) via the original payment method within 14 days.
3.2 Additional costs for express shipping or other additional services will not be refunded.
4. Exceptions
4.1 Spectacles that are custom-made or specifically adapted to the customer’s requirements cannot be returned, unless there are defects.
4.2 In the event of defects, the customer must notify the webshop within 48 hours of receipt, accompanied by photos and a detailed description of the defect.
